A recognized boutique litigation platform with a strong trial focus is seeking a plaintiff-side personal injury litigator to take full ownership of cases from filing through verdict. This is a partner-track role offering meaningful courtroom responsibility, hybrid working, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package in a high-performing litigation environment.

THE ROLE

👥 Meet with clients and file lawsuits.

📄 Propound and respond to written discovery.

🗣️ Schedule and attend fact witness depositions.

🔬 Retain experts and attend expert depositions.

🏛️ Prepare cases for mediation, trial, and post-trial motions.

REQUIREMENTS

⚖️ License in good standing to practice law in Florida.

📚 At least 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.

🏛️ Minimum 2 jury trials as first chair with proven wins.

📂 Ability to manage a large, active caseload to verdict.

🗣️ Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, research skills, and courtroom presence.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

💰 $250,000 total compensation, commensurate with experience.

📍 Miami-based hybrid role, in office 3 days per week.
