Key Responsibilities

• Perform top-notch electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations, including handling panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection, and more.
• Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and deliver accurate and effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by informing homeowners about their electrical systems and recommending professional solutions.
• Present service options and guide clients through repair, replacement, and upgrade decisions.
• Ensure that all work meets industry standards, safety protocols, and local electrical codes.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism, communication, and integrity.
• Maintain tidy work areas and manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles responsibly.
• Document work using ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred experience).

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience, specifically in service calls
• Advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first mindset
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Capable of passing a background check and drug screening
• Professionalism, dependability, and a commitment to safety
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
