About the Role

InterEx Group is seeking an ambitious and motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing Miami team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, international recruitment business.

Working closely with leadership and hiring managers, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top recruitment talent to support our continued growth across the United States. You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while developing expertise in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and talent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-caliber recruitment professionals through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across the US market.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and workforce planning needs.
