📝 Rquirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Masters degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record with Finance and HR ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, Workday, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage various vendors or system integrators
• Extensive knowledge of finance and HR business processes, controls, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to influence, negotiate, and lead at all organizational levels

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to support defined program scope, governance frameworks, and execution strategies
• Guide internal and external project teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, and vendor partners
• Manage comprehensive budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and interdependencies across various workstreams
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and risks
• Supervise suppliers and resources, leading process redesign and change management efforts to enhance system adoption and operational efficiency
• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Ensure data accuracy and smooth migration from legacy systems
• Report on program status, KPIs, and key milestones to executive steering committees and senior management
