Job Description

• Oversee 2-3 concurrent projects ($2-3M each) end-to-end
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Coordinate residential builds and retail fit-out projects
• Ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery across sites
• Drive communication between clients, trades, and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in custom/single-family residential builds
• Exposure to retail TI or commercial interior projects
• Ability to manage multiple sites independently
• Hands-on, field-driven leadership approach
• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
