Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Finance Analyst to support financial operations through account reconciliations, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and revenue accounting. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly account and bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Ensure accurate posting between sub-ledgers and the General Ledger.
• Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with revenue accounting and financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
• Recommend and support system and process enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting, finance, or auditing experience.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience supporting audits.
• Knowledge of revenue accounting and financial reconciliations.
• Exposure to Power BI or SQL is a plus.
