Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.

Continuously assess and improve database security protocols to protect sensitive information.

Implement and maintain database upgrades, patches, and configurations.

Develop and maintain documentation for database processes and procedures.

Identify and recommend opportunities for database optimization and automation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database administration.

Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.

Train and mentor junior team members on database administration best practices.

Provide 24/7 support for critical database issues as needed.

Collaborate with external vendors to resolve database-related issues.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on database performance and any potential risks.
