Systems Administrator

Design, install, configure, maintain and support Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Internet Systems and Network System. Configure, Manage, maintain and administration of virtual servers and clients.

Manage user accounts, file system security, printing, backup and recovery and remote access troubleshooting with special emphasis on Microsoft Servers, Exchange Services and VOIP. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Monitor and test Web Applications to ensure those applications operate correctly and without interruption. Involve in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Supervise computer user support specialists and computer network support specialists. May administer network security measures.

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter. Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems. Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns. Create and verify backups of data, review and install operating system updates and patches. System upgrades both client and server level.

Respond to and resolve help desk requests. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes. Review application logs and Install and test computer-related equipment.

Required

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications or a related field, or its equivalent, related to this field of work and or the work experience in related field and the necessary competencies.
