Here at TC Organization we work with leading brands in telecommunication, helping them to manage their sales and marketing strategies and grow their business client base in Houston, TX. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact every day working with small to medium sized business owners and C-Level executives.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience
• Manage office operations such as filing, proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files to ensure smooth daily workflows
• Develop professional relationships with our partners business clients by providing comprehensive product knowledge and demonstrations

Skills

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zoom
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse customer needs, but not required
• Previous experience including customer service, client relations, and data entry
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective professional etiquette
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations for seamless communication flow
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all responsibilities

• Willingness to travel (50% Preferred)
• Work location: In-person
• Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm (Both virtual and in-person)
• Interviews: Over zoom
• Start Dates: Immediately-2 Weeks

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
