HR Coordinator $20.00 - $25.00 per hour ( North Houston) - Hiring Immediately!!

Jibe Staffing has an immediate need for an experienced HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with new hire orientation and ensure completion of all required documentation.
• Maintain applicant tracking and candidate records.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Assist management with employee relations matters and documentation.
• Maintain personnel files and HRIS records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, or Administrative experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

SALARY RANGE

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
