Most companies hire Operations Managers. We're looking for someone different.

We're looking for the person who makes sure the mission succeeds. We're a fast-growing company building an innovative business at the intersection of real estate, AI, and education. You'll be the "Flight Director" of our Mission Control. Instead of owning activities, you own outcomes. (No real estate experience needed).

Your Mission: You'll become the operational heartbeat of our company. You'll ensure that commitments become completed outcomes across multiple departments. You'll oversee execution across areas such as:

• Sales execution
• Client experience
• Event readiness
• KPI dashboards & Team accountability
• Quality assurance
• Cross-functional coordination.

You won't necessarily perform every task. You'll make sure every critical task gets done - and gets done well.

What Success Looks Like - The Founder/CEO should never have to ask:

• "Did this get done?"
• "Has anyone followed up?"
• "Is the team on track?"
• "What's falling behind?"
• You'll already know. You'll have the dashboards. You'll own the accountability.

When the visionary CEO/Founder walks away for 2 weeks, he'll be able to return and find things are better than when he left.

Start-off part-time on debottlenecking a key area and then expand to full-time. Remote work. M-F 9-6 CST.

Compensation

$40 - $50 per hour, based on experience. 1099.
