Personal Assistant to Director

We're hiring a Personal Assistant. 📍 Houston or remote

I'm looking for someone sharp and organized to help me stay on top of a fast-moving schedule — calendar management, travel booking, expense tracking, light bookkeeping, and the occasional personal errand.

Part-time to start, with a path to full-time for the right person.

The job is a good fit if you're the kind of person who never lets things fall through the cracks, can handle shifting priorities without getting rattled, and knows how to keep confidential information confidential. Spanish fluency and experience in politics, campaigns, or media production are all a plus — not requirements.
