Kimberly Cares LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Kimberly Cares is a veteran-owned, family clinic offering services to both adults and children. Clinic services include but are not limited to annual physicals, biometric screening, vaccines, DOT, weight loss services, sick visits, rapid testing, treatment for high blood pressure, diabetes, medication refills, STD testing, lab services and soon IV hydration.

Additionally, we provide annual physicals and veteran's disability exams for current and former members of our military. Our office is in-network with many insurance plans, and we offer low-cost services to those with no insurance. Kimberly Cares LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

• Responsibilities:*
• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy
• Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
• Requirements:*
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
