HR Operations + Workday Data Administration

Hiring: HR Systems & Data Specialist (Contract) | Houston, TX (Onsite)

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems & Data Specialist to support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee and project data in Workday. This role is responsible for reviewing employee resumes, validating project history, updating and maintaining HR records, performing data quality checks, and coordinating with employees to gather or verify missing information.

The position will also support the creation of employee self-service guides and training materials to improve data accuracy and user adoption.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Workday HRIS and employee data management
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with employees and HR teams
• Experience with EIB data loads, HR documentation, or training materials is a plus
• Prior exposure to EPC, engineering, construction, or project-based organizations is preferred but not required

Location: Houston, TX (100% Onsite)
