Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the energy and engineering sectors? We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Houston, TX!
In this role, you'll recruit for contract and permanent positions across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewables, Construction, Infrastructure, and Engineering industries. You'll partner with clients and candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional hiring solutions.
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or agency recruitment
✔️ Experience recruiting for contract and/or permanent positions
✔️ Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewables, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering is highly preferred
✔️ Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills
✔️ A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
