💼 What Is Delivery Recruitment?

As part of our Delivery team, your focus will be entirely on identifying, engaging and placing talented professionals into live contract opportunities.

You will work closely with our Business Development team, who manage our client relationships and bring in new vacancies. Your responsibility is to find the right candidates, manage them throughout the recruitment process and successfully fill those roles.

Every placement you make generates revenue, and you earn commission from your success.

There is no cap on what you can earn.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, working toward clear goals and closing deals.

You will

🎯 Identify and headhunt skilled contract professionals

📞 Make high-volume candidate calls and build relationships

🔎 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and internal systems

🧠 Interview and qualify candidates against live vacancies

🤝 Present suitable candidates to the Business Development team and clients

📅 Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process

💬 Negotiate offers, rates and start dates

🏆 Close placements and earn uncapped commission

📈 Build a strong network within a specialist energy market
