We’re currently seeking a seasoned Three-Year-Old Teacher to join our loving, faith-based early education family. If you have a heart for Threes, at least 2 years of hands-on classroom experience in the Threes age group, and a passion for helping little ones grow in both learning and faith, we’d love to meet you!

Our Junior Kinder program is a joyful, energetic, and essential part of our school community—so this position is best suited for someone who truly enjoys this age group and understands their unique developmental needs. If you’re not experienced or comfortable working with three-year-olds, this role will not be a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans- ABEKA Curriculum

-Foster the love of the Lord and His word to all students

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide care and supervision to children
• Monitor and track children's progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Implement classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment

Experience

• Previous experience in 3-year-old early childhood education is required
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and special education practices is beneficial
• Certification in first aid is required
• Strong classroom management skills are a requirement
• A strong spiritual relationship with God

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
