- Regional Sales/Business Development Manager Responsibilities and Expectations
- Develop and/or manage leads resulting in $8-$10M in new business sales annually over 'national coverage' in all industry segments
- Develop and maintain a diverse and balanced pipeline with at least $20M in new growth opportunity
- Develop and/or manage existing customer accounts resulting in $20-$30M in business sales annually over "national coverage" in all industry segments
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the corporate level
- Full customer management responsibilities from on-boarding
- Autonomous work ethic
- Represent at various tradeshows & industry events, developing network and establishing as solutions provider
- Represent in all facets of professionalism
- Utilizing solutions, match potential organizational capability to various needs as identified by customer base
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or other equivalent academic disciplines
- Minimum of at least three to five years of experience in a regional sales or national sales position
- Experience in the Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries is preferred
- Experience with account management, sales management, client relations, business to business sales strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Negotiation abilities
- Supply-chain knowledge
- Superior computer skills and MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are a mandatory requirement
- Will support Riverside/Southern California market
- Although position will be remote, the candidate must be local to the Riverside/Southern California area
