Compensation

$25-$50 per hour (depending on experience)

Location: Mission Beach, San Diego

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

The Role

You’ll own our entire social media presence: creating content, building community, and driving growth. You’ll work directly with the founder daily and a small team of part-time help. This is true start-up vibes. No task is too small.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Content Creation (45%): Own end-to-end content production. Film and edit scroll-stopping short videos, write captions, and create daily posts that bring our preservative-free skincare story to life across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
• Community & Channel Management (45%): Manage engagement, run our brand ambassador program, and build authentic relationships with our audience.
• Startup Stuff (10%): photoshoots, events, etc.

Who You Are

• Chronically online. Great taste. Ambitious. Highly organized. Execution-focused.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience growing and managing social media accounts, preferably in DTC, Beauty, CPG.
• Proven track record of driving organic short-form video growth (TikTok & Instagram)
• High proficiency in mobile video shooting & editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc).

Compensation & Perks

• $25-$50 per hour (depending on experience)
