Entry Level Account Representative

NextPhase Telecom, a visionary sales and development firm in San Diego, wants an Entry Level Account Representative to build the future with AT&T Fiber. The Entry Level Account Representative engages in person with our customers, delivers a service so good it deserves an encore, and closes sales that leave our customers cheering for more.

As an Entry Level Account Representative, you'll help our customers in person to level up their internet service. You'll also show them how upgrading to faster speeds can transform their online experience. The Entry Level Account Representative then helps them see that upgrading isn't about selling, it's about helping them get what they actually need from their internet service.

Key Duties of the Entry Level Account Representative

• Guide customers through enrollment, account updates, device selection, and plan changes to deliver a seamless experience.
• Explain the value of AT&T mobile services, promotional offers, and wireless plans using clear, engaging, and customer-friendly communication.
• Build lasting customer relationships through responsive follow-up, personalized account support, and exceptional service after every sales interaction.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer accounts by recommending additional wireless lines, upgraded data plans, or mobile solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and enrollment documentation to support efficient account management.
• Achieve team sales goals by delivering trusted recommendations and outstanding customer experiences.
