Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create captivating content—ranging from written posts and blogs to graphic designs, videos, and photography—that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Manage social media calendars, schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to inquiries and comments to foster community engagement.
• Analyze social media analytics and marketing performance data using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and media performance dashboards to optimize campaigns.
• Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content discoverability online.
• Coordinate with public relations teams for media outreach, press releases, and reputation management efforts.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for media editing and visual content development.
• Track digital marketing performance metrics regularly; prepare reports highlighting key insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and internal teams to support brand growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media platforms’ management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; experience with scheduling content effectively.
• Skilled in content creation—including writing engaging posts, designing graphics with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and editing videos using media editing tools.
• Deep understanding of social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights for data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms; ability to optimize ad spend for maximum impact.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear messages tailored to diverse audiences.
• Ability to monitor digital marketing performance metrics continuously; adept at analyzing data for actionable insights.
• Familiarity with public relations strategies and relationship management within the digital space.
• Creative mindset combined with excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
