Social Media Manager and Content Creator In Person Multi location Dental

We are a growing dental practice seeking a creative, energetic, and organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This is an on-site position requiring travel between four office locations throughout San Diego County, from San Marcos to Mission Valley.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and execute monthly content calendars.
• Film and photograph doctors, team members, and office events.
• Produce both educational and entertaining content that showcases our team and patient experience.
• Capture and edit patient testimonials (with proper consent).
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, office signage, and promotional graphics.
• Create short-form videos, reels, and stories to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all locations.
• Collaborate with office managers and providers to develop fresh content ideas.
• Stay current with social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase visibility and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Illustrator, or similar editing software).
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our four San Diego County offices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical marketing.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Basic graphic design and branding experience.
