Receptionist /Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Manage clients appointments and barbers schedules.
• Book keeping and running Payroll using Quickbooks and Google sheets.
• Oversee social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing engagement metrics to boost online visibility.
• Shoot and Editing Content.
• Maintaining clean common areas.
• Ordering barbershop supplies.
• Create a vibrant environment.
• Online Marketing and Advertising (Google and Yelp Ads).

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist experience.
• Social media knowledge on all major platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and Facebook)
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions.
