Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

Velocity is expanding our San Diego team and is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our growing wireless campaign. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales opportunity where the Entry Level Representative works directly with customers, explains affordable wireless services, and helps eligible individuals complete the enrollment process through government-supported programs.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive hands-on sales training, learn our wireless service offerings, and build the confidence to guide customers through every step of the enrollment process.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to introduce affordable wireless services and current promotions
• Explain wireless plans, pricing, eligibility requirements, and enrollment options to every customer
• Recommend wireless solutions based on each customer's needs and current service
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring accurate account information
• Build trust through professional customer interactions and excellent communication
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and support daily sales activity
• Contribute to team sales goals while providing outstanding customer service
• Represent Velocity professionally during every customer interaction as an Entry Level Representative

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and hands-on sales training while developing skills in customer communication, account support, wireless services, and professional sales.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
