Sr HR Business Partner

Job Title: Sr HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee relations, performance management, HR policy interpretation, compensation support, HR reporting, and manager coaching.

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic HR support with transactional HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach managers on performance management and employee relations matters.
• Conduct intake discussions regarding employee performance concerns.
• Interpret and advise on HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Support compensation-related requests including spot bonuses and market adjustments.
• Partner with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and COEs.
• Maintain HR case documentation within CRM systems.
• Generate HR reports and perform workforce data analysis (attrition, hiring trends, etc.).
• Support HR projects, talent initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations.
