We are looking for someone to work part-time , Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 3 pm with no flexible hours at this time.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties, including data entry (QB-desktop), filing, Excel spreadsheets, posting payments to tenant accounts, getting the mail, etc..
Pay range is Depending on experience. $25-$30 per hour.
Reliability and dependability are essential.
