Restaurant Area Supervisor / District Manager

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Area Supervisor / District Manager to join our team in San Diego. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across our district, including staff training, quality control, and financial management. Your leadership will drive the performance and profitability of our restaurants while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually, along with robust benefits and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure efficient service and high-quality standards
• Manage staffing, training, and development of team members to enhance performance and guest satisfaction
• Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve overall profitability
• Conduct regular inspections of restaurants to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports to ensure budget adherence
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business strategies
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely manner
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and innovation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Area Supervisor or District Manager in the restaurant industry
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service excellence
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and drive team performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
