About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Door Attendant – Front Services to join the resort’s Front Services (Bell & Door) team.

Responsibilities

• The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance and a welcoming presence.
• Open doors for guests and assist with entry and exit from vehicles.
• Coordinate with bell attendants and valet staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
• Provide directions and information about the property and local area.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage when needed.
• Monitor the entrance area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and order.
• Support VIP arrivals with personalized attention and discretion.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival and departure times.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance. Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions. Physical role involving standing, walking, and occasional lifting. About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s
