The Vice President, Human Resources for the Systems Protection (SP) business segment will serve as a strategic business partner to the President of Systems Protection. They will partner with the President and broader SP Leadership Team in developing and delivering a people strategy that aligns with both the segment and enterprise strategic vision and mission.
Based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, the VP HR will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer for nVent with a dual reporting line into the SP President and be fully integrated with both the HR and Business Segment leadership teams. They will participate in the segment decision-making process, offer insight from the perspective of the HR team, as well as from a general business perspective.
This individual will lead and manage an HR department of 100 employees globally and partner strongly with the HR COE teams to support their business segment.
This role is responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy that enables business growth, operational excellence, and a strong performance-driven culture across Systems Protection globally. The VP HR leads enterprise-aligned HR initiatives while tailoring solutions to the unique needs of the SP business.
Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
$241,500.00 - $359,000.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
