We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. The ideal candidate will advocate for customers by understanding and troubleshooting our platform, employing cloud technologies, and resolving technical cases by leveraging their expertise in ServiceNow software and platform.
This role requires someone with a strong ability to analyze data to isolate issues, collaborate effectively, and a readiness to work on-site in our San Diego office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Experience in computer systems support, especially networked and/or wireless systems, and complex software troubleshooting is essential for this role. Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms like ServiceNow is highly desirable.
