Senior Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, department leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prioritize competing commitments.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other executive-level materials.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting.
• Support internal communications, project coordination, and company initiatives.
• Track project timelines, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and business documentation.
• Assist with planning and coordinating team meetings, events, and company activities.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
• Partner with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to support operational needs.
• Identify process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
