What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for investment services roles, including fund accountants, fund administrators, and financial reporting analysts.
• Source candidates across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, industry communities, Boolean searches, referrals, and alumni networks.
• Develop proactive pipelines for recurring positions and niche profiles to ensure a steady flow of talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define talent strategies, advise on market trends, and improve interview and selection processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication, coaching, and high-touch closing strategies.
• Utilize ATS (Workday), CRM, and other tools to maintain requisition hygiene, post jobs, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to building a diverse, inclusive talent pool that aligns with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in financial services or investment-related roles.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, including proficiency with ATS (e.g., Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate relationship management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of advising hiring leaders on market conditions and compensation.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience, inclusion, and compliance.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience recruiting for fund administrators, accountants, or investment professionals.
• Background in high-volume recruiting for finance or accounting roles.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and remote sourcing strategies.
• Advanced organizational and resourcefulness skills.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful recruiting in financial services, especially within investment or fund administration roles.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with scheduled on-site days.
• Willingness to adapt to dynamic recruiting needs and evolving organizational priorities.
• Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM) are a plus.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30.00 to $35.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
