F&I Agent Representative for Auto, RV, and Powersports Stores

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic F&I, Sales, and Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and driving sales through effective outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Support existing dealerships' F&I departments, while building additional dealer/partner relationships
• Prospect new dealers and relationships
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through data entry in our systems.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving client services and enhancing sales performance.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while communicating.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Finance and Insurance roles, in a dealership environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage; fluency in English is required.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to analyze information effectively and provide actionable insights based on customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
