$25/hour + quarterly revenue bonus (~$5,000-$6,000/year)

Our client is an established, independent wealth management firm with $200M in AUM and a tight, high-trust two-person team. This role exists to own the client-facing front line: scheduling, meeting prep, form preparation, document signing, and being the warm, dependable point of contact, so the advisor and operations manager can focus on clients and planning.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Reliability and integrity, above everything else. This is the firm's single most important requirement. They need someone who shows up consistently and follows through constantly.,
• Strong customer-service instincts. You're the warm, steady point of contact for clients. A genuine people-first temperament matters far more here than a finance background. Experience in a high-touch service field (for example, healthcare or medical front-office) is a real plus.
• A self-starter mindset. The firm runs in cycles: intense during peak seasons, quieter in between. In the slower stretches, you're expected to find the cleanup and improvement work yourself, not wait to be handed it.

WHAT ELSE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Comfort owning workflows end to end and taking personal responsibility for them, including flagging changes to the team in weekly staff meetings.
• Organizational skill and attention to detail across many clients and moving parts.
• Comfort working in a CRM (the firm uses Redtail) and Microsoft Office 365, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Willingness to work in-office in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area (some remote flexibility may develop over time).
• No degree required, and no finance résumé needed. The firm will invest in your education and certifications
