Compliance Officer

Nationwide Mutual Insurance is looking for an experienced and motivated Compliance Officer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Monitor and review all insurance compliance activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies and procedures to ensure the highest level of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Identify potential areas of risk and provide recommendations for the improvement of compliance processes
• Monitor industry trends and developments in order to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance compliance landscape
• Research and investigate compliance issues, prepare reports, and provide detailed analysis
• Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance matters
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all required reports and documents
• Monitor and review all operations and activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Support the development and implementation of training programs to ensure staff members have the necessary knowledge and skills to comply with applicable laws and regulations
