Medical Front Desk Receptionist (Part time)

We're hiring a new front desk care advocate!

Go Health Chiropractic is a family oriented chiropractic clinic that's obsessed with keeping the whole family healthy! Our office is fast paced in the most fun way and it's a great place to grow as an individual and as a professional/team member.

We are currently looking for an entry-level medical administrative assistant to join a strong team of doctors and therapists in our wellness clinic. This position will provide office services by answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting patient payments and more. One year in a medical office setting is preferred (Dental, chiropractic, eye clinic)

This part-time position is roughly 12-20 hours per week with the following benefits: 401(k) matching, free chiropractic care for self and family, paid time off, no weekend, discounted supplements/vitamins.

Days to be discussed (Preferable Monday/Tues 2-6pm and Fridays from 8:30-12:30). We are a bit flexible but we DO need someone here ONE night until 6pm. This is a must.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize patient appointments
• Taking Payments
• Answer phones
• HIGH Energy/Enthusiastic
• Take messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
• Mild filing, pulling client files
• Retrieve information from data system and establish, develop, maintain, and update log journals and files
• Great everyone with a smile. Upbeat personality
• Help assist the doctors as needed

Skills

• Attention to detail- careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
• Administrative Skills- knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records
• Communication -express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization. Not afraid to talk to new clients
• Friendly is MUST
• Initiative -proactively take on new responsibilities and challenges using good judgment to balance and maintain all projects
