Base pay range $83,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Position Summary

We are hiring a Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our growing design team! This is a great opportunity to contribute to civil engineering projects while building your technical expertise and career.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design of roadway, municipal, and infrastructure projects for both public and private clients
• Supporting preparation of reports, design documents, and technical drawings
• Collaborating with clients, communities, and agencies under the guidance of senior team members
• Participating in quality control and review processes
• Contributing to project teams in a supportive, collaborative environment
• Hybrid or Remote Hybrid arrangements are preferred near our offices in Minnesota, but remote work may be considered for candidates located in states where we are licensed to practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong interest in and experience with roadway, municipal, and infrastructure design
• Proficiency in Auto
• CAD Civil 3D or similar design software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in transportation, municipal engineering, or with DOTsFamiliarity with Micro
• Station, Open
• Roads Designer, or GEOPAKExperience working with local or state transportation agencies
