Role Description

As a Customer Service Manager with the Mitch Velgersdyk State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

You will enhance your career while overseeing high-quality customer service operations Daily responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, directing phone traffic, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, claim submissions and billing clarification.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chanhassen, MN at the Mitch Velgersdyk State Farm Agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and/or Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and address customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve customer service processes
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Compensation

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
