Develop and maintain software quality assurance processes and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct thorough testing and verification of software designs to ensure safety, reliability, and quality of medical devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any software-related issues in a timely manner.
Review and analyze software requirements, design documents, and code to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and usability.
Document and report software defects and work with development teams to address and resolve them.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential software design improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software design and quality assurance.
Mentor and train junior team members on software quality assurance processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards such as FDA, ISO, and IEC.
Investigate and troubleshoot any software-related issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
Participate in risk management activities and provide input on potential software-related risks.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all software quality assurance activities and results.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on project updates, challenges, and recommendations.
Continuously strive for process improvement and innovation within the software quality assurance function.
