Insight Global is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This individual will be joining the QA Services Department, responsible for the overall strategy of test automation improvement at a higher level. They will be introducing new practices and tools, and serving as a mentor to their colleagues at the lower levels.

In addition to providing classes, trainings, and mentorship to their peers, they will also be responsible for occasional hands-on test automation. They will be coordinating and organizing the activities involved in testing and solving testability problems, utilizing their skills to identify risks and potential defects within the software components and or systems.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to align local goals and direction with IT visions and strategies, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals and accomplish work.
