Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (additional onsite days may be required during training)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of financial and operational information.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support reporting and business analysis initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Statistics, or a related analytical field preferred.
• Recent graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills and practical experience working with data.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
