Full Stack Developer – Frontend Focus

Our client is launching a Rapid Innovation team, a small, highly agile group focused on developing real, working applications that solve business problems fast. This isn’t a slow-moving enterprise team – it’s a build-first environment where ideas turn into functioning products quickly.

We’re looking for a Frontend-focused Full Stack Developer who enjoys owning the UI experience while still staying close enough to the backend to deliver complete solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead front-end development using Angular
• Build modern, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex workflows
• Support backend work in Node.js and SQL (about 20–25% of your time)
• Enhance and maintain a portfolio of existing applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to bring ideas to life
• Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate development

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong expertise in Angular and modern frontend development
• Working knowledge of Node.js and SQL
• Experience in fast-paced environments (product teams, app shops, startups)
• Strong communication skills – you can explain technical ideas clearly
• Someone who takes ownership and thrives with autonomy

Nice to Have

• Experience building or integrating AI-driven features
• Background in supply chain, forecasting, or operations systems
• Exposure to rapid prototyping or proof-of-concept development
