Duties

• Greet customers warmly, identify their golf car needs, and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain attractive and organized showroom and retail yard.
• Engage with local communities to build relationships and potential partnerships.
• Operate Lightspeed (CRM System) systems efficiently for closing deals, customer pipeline, maintenance, follow ups, and lead generation.
• Social Media engagement involving current promotions, new products, special events, etc.
• Attend vendor fairs, festivals, community events throughout the year.
• Work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Skills

• Proven sales experience with the ability to manage a pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of the product line, as well as competitive products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with golf car sales or powersports preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing stock levels, inventory control, POS operations, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Effective time management skills enabling prioritization of tasks during busy hours while maintaining high customer service standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
