Position Summary

As our Office Assistant, you'll help keep our office running smoothly by providing administrative support, assisting customers, and ensuring day-to-day operations stay organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and likes being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
• Respond to emails and assist with customer inquiries
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records
• Prepare, file, scan, and organize documents
• Assist with invoices, estimates, and other administrative paperwork
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Support team members with daily administrative tasks
• Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Assist with special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
