In-Person Personal Assistant to the CEO (Part-Time)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Primarily In-Person)

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Hours: Part-Time (approx. 10 hours/week, with potential for more)

Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)

We are seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to provide hands-on administrative, operational, and personal support to a busy Chief Executive Officer and Licensed Clinician managing multiple business programs and staffing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Calendar Management: Keep schedules running smoothly and coordinate appointments.
• Executive Support: Stay on top of daily priorities, administrative tasks, and special business projects.
• Errands & Logistics: Handle local pick-ups, resource deliveries, and personal tasks (like managing dry cleaning appointments).
• Office Organization: Assist with home office management and administrative organization.

What We’re Looking For

• A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (required for local errands/travel).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication skills and proficiency with basic tech tools/calendars.
• Preferred: Previous experience assisting executives, entrepreneurs, or healthcare professionals.
