Restaurant Manager Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary $60,000 to $68,000
• Attainable monthly performance bonus

Restaurant Manager Requirements And Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant
• Strong floor presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold the team accountable
• Solid tenure in past roles (2 years with each previous employer) with a proven track record of consistency
• Strong communication skills and a leadership style rooted in professionalis
