Patient Concierge / Receptionist

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, friendly individuals with a great smile with a passion for exceptional customer service. Candidates should be motivated and confident, quick learners, with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, and aesthetic knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, supporting all administrative functions of the medical office, such as patient check-in and check-out, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing medical records (including scanning, emailing, and faxing documents), coordinating communication between patients and providers, and assisting with general office operations as needed.

Skills with social media and ability to assist with regular content is a plus.
