Front of House Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join one of our concepts within the Charlotte market. This opportunity is primarily focused on leadership within a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment, though we welcome candidates with strong leadership experience across a variety of hospitality concepts.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who can confidently run shifts, support the floor, coach and develop teams, manage the guest experience, and help maintain strong operational standards. We are looking for someone who understands that great hospitality comes from consistency, professionalism, teamwork, and being present with both the team and our guests.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably within a high-volume, full-service environment
• Strong hospitality instincts with the ability to lead service teams while maintaining a polished and welcoming guest experience
• Experience managing floor operations, guest flow, reservations, staffing needs, and daily restaurant execution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, redirect, and develop team members in real time
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to step in wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience
• A collaborative approach with a passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and team development
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions focused during high-volume service periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in service, cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

What You’ll Do

• Help lead daily front of house operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Run shifts and support service flow by assisting servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff throughout service
• Coach and develop front of house team members on hospitality standards, service execution, professionalism, and guest engagement
• Support the guest experience by remaining visible, approachable, and proactive throughout service
• Partner closely with culinary and restaurant leadership to create a smooth and coordinated operation
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and overall restaurant readiness
• Handle guest recovery and problem solving with a hospitality-first mindset
• Help build and maintain a strong team culture based on accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Support restaurant goals related to guest satisfaction, team development, operational consistency, and overall performance
