Role Description Restaurant Managers (all levels) for upscale casual concepts in Charlotte, NC will oversee daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations in an on-site setting. This full-time role includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Managers will handle guest interactions, resolve concerns, and support a positive, service-driven atmosphere. They will assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members, as well as monitoring performance and adherence to company policies.

The role also involves collaborating with ownership or senior leadership on sales goals, cost controls, and operational improvements to enhance overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver strong Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Experience with Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including performance management and team development.
• Clear, professional Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, food safety standards, and service procedures.
• Previous restaurant management experience in casual or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Proven skills in basic financial and operational management (labor control, inventory, scheduling) are beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or culinary education is a plus.
