Solenis is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Strategic Bid Manager to lead and manage the end‑to‑end bid process for municipal chemical contracts. This role is responsible for coordinating competitive bids, RFPs, RFQs, and renewals across municipal water and wastewater customers while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and profitability.
The Bid Manager will serve as the central point of contact between Sales, Pricing, Technical, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance to deliver high‑quality, on‑time bid submissions that support Solenis' growth strategy in the municipal market.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,690.00 and $181,412.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
